PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ACCOMPANYING SOFTWARE (THE “SOFTWARE PRODUCT”)
INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THIS PRODUCT (THE “END USER” OR “BUYER”, COLLECTIVELY “YOU”) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS PRODUCT.
This License is entered through MageCaptain to control the utilization or redistribution of the MageCaptain software program.
Copyright
The title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software Product are owned by or its suppliers. The Software Product is not for sale, but rather is licensed.
This is an illegal settlement among you (both a character and an unmarried entity) and MageCaptain for MageCaptain software program product(s) which can also encompass extensions, templates and services.
By purchasing, installing, or in any other case the usage of MageCaptain products, you acknowledge that you have studied this License and comply with the phrases of this Agreement. If you do now no longer comply with the phrases of this License, do now no longer set up or use MageCaptain products.
The Agreement turns into power whilst you purchase a software program from our web page or acquire it via e-mail or on a statistics medium or through some other means.
MageCaptain reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the phrases of this license settlement and impose its clauses at any given time.
Grant of License
By purchasing a product of MageCaptain:
Customers receive 100% open-source code.
You will receive a valid license certificate until you discontinue use of the product or until Mage Captain terminates this License because you did not comply with any of the Terms of Use. Each license certificate contains a set of licenses valid only for one live Magento installation and an unlimited trial Magento installation.
You can adapt our products to suit your needs.
You are allowed to customize our products to fit your use.
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Installation and use
You will need to purchase a separate license each time you install new software. You are not permitted to use all or part of the code in other Software, products, or websites. There is a legal obligation to retain the copyright information, including the text/links below.
Distribution
Distribution of MageCaptain software to third parties is not permitted. Distribution without our permission, including non-profit distribution, is a breach of this Agreement and is subject to applicable law liability. Additionally, you cannot place the Software on a server that allows access to the Software for distribution purposes over a public network or the Internet.
Rental
You may not assign, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or rent any part of the Software to any third party.
Compliance with applicable law
You must fulfill with all appropriate laws concerning the use of software products. The MageCaptain Software and parts thereof are protected by copyright law, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Therefore, you are obliged to treat Software like any other copyrighted material. Infringement of copyright Will be prosecuted under applicable law. We reserve the right to revoke a user's License who holds an invalid license.
Termination of License
Without prejudice to other rights, MageCaptain may terminate this License if you do not comply with the terms. Doing so would result in a breach of contract, the
The License to use the program would be revoked, and you would have to destroy all copies of your MageCaptain product. Suppose you continue to use the MageCaptain Software after being notified of the termination of your License. In that case, this will result in an injunction to prevent you from continuing to use the MageCaptain Software and all costs to enforce our revocation (reasonable attorneys). I agree to (including, but not limited to, costs). Licenses and damages incurred by us as a result of software misuse. We are not obligated to refund you the amount paid to purchase the Software at the end of this License.
Limitation of liability
MageCaptain, even if notified to MageCaptain, for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information) resulting from the use or inability to use MageCaptain products by "Authorized Users". We do not take any responsibility. Of the possibility of such damage. Under no circumstances will Mage Captain be liable for any prosecution resulting from the illegal use of the software in violation of the law.
